We have a strict 14 day return policy with only store credit being issued. If an item is defective you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item for replacement or store credit. Shipping for the returned items will be paid by the purchaser and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Brush Creek Products reserves the right to refuse return of product/products if this policy is deemed to be abused by excessive returns by any customer.
